FYP guidelines & timeline
Follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth project journey.

Team formation
Teams of 2–3 members. Choose a team leader who will coordinate communication and submissions.

Proposal submission
Submit your proposal including title, abstract (300–500 words), objectives, methodology, and tech stack within the first 4 weeks.

Supervisor allocation
Supervisors are allocated based on domain match and workload. Proposal defense follows shortly after.
04
Milestones & progress
Weekly progress reports and three major milestones: SRS, Design, and Implementation phases.
05
Final evaluation
Final report, presentation, and live demo before an evaluation panel at the end of the semester.
